This past weekend I went with my friend, Steph, to Phoenixville, PA to take a jewelry making workshop with Ria Smith. We had so much fun learning the process of creating rings that the time flew by quickly. Ria was also a wonderful instructor. She was very thorough with her demonstrations and gave us a lot of time and freedom to create at our own pace. She was so nice and patient with us as well. I hope I'll be able to go back to attend another workshop soon!
If you are interested in taking one of Ria's workshops, you can check out her upcoming schedule here.
I've been a little bit behind on posts, but just wanted to do a quick update on what I've been up to for the past year. My sister got married last August! I had the opportunity to work with her on designing her wedding invitations. Although we live in a digital world, there will always be a place in my heart for print design.
I'm a sucker for brown paper packages tied up with string. Some times it's the little things in life that matter. Young and I aren't big on Valentine's Day, but if I have an excuse to wrap something in brown paper, oh I sure will. Hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day!
