I've been a little bit behind on posts, but just wanted to do a quick update on what I've been up to for the past year. My sister got married last August! I had the opportunity to work with her on designing her wedding invitations. Although we live in a digital world, there will always be a place in my heart for print design.
I just got my film from Joyce and Jonathan's Wedding developed! There were some similar shots, so here are several memorable moments that weren't shown in the previous post. I love the way film captures light and color. Don't you? Despite the cost to develop the film, I can't wait to shoot more film in the future.
Last Saturday, I attended one of the prettiest and heartfelt weddings I've been to. No one could have asked for more perfect spring weather for an outdoor wedding at Burge Plantation in Mansfield, GA. I'm glad I got to go early to roam around the various cottages and see the cherry blossoms in bloom. Jonathan is one of Young's best friends and also one of the nicest people I know. I've only hung out with Joyce a couple times, but the times I have, she has always been a joy to be around. Congrats to Jonathan and Joyce! Can't wait to see the photos from my film camera!
This past Saturday a couple of friends gathered to go to The Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival 2012 in Center City, Philadelphia. Every year, shops and restaurants around the Rittenhouse Square prepare good eats and merchandise to sell. The afternoon was filled with grilled cheeses, peanut butter gelato, mac and cheese, etc. I am already looking forward to going next year!
